We all had a truly blessed time at the church weekend away in Drewstown House from June 14th to 17th. The messages were preached by Pastor Paul Dowling of Whiteabbey. The theme was “Christian duties” and the text he used was Ephesians 5:1-18.
There were plenty of activities to get involved in, both indoor and outdoor. And many a good swordfight was fought in the main hall and elsewhere.
Everyone played their part to help out with the cooking and clean-up. Overall, it was a great time of fellowship and instruction in the Word of God. To Him be all the glory.
